Swedish Massage

30 minutes: $65
45 minutes: $75
60 minutes: $100
90 minutes: $145

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and compression to help the body improve its circulation, relax muscle tissue, and provide an overall sense of relaxation.

I incorporate Swedish Massage techniques into every massage I give and it is my most preferred method of getting to know the muscles and other tissues of each client's body, as well as provide an opportunity to the client for mindful awareness of the body in a safe environment.  Regular Swedish Massage sessions have been shown to improve physical, mental, and psychological outcomes for clients.

The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include: relief from aches and pains, decreased cortisol (stress hormone) levels in the body, increased serotonin and dopamine, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.  This is typically a full body massage, but can be customized to fit your individual needs and preferences.

Deep Tissue Massage

30 minutes: $75
45 minutes: $90
60 minutes: $110

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing hypertonicity of muscle tissue and chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is possible after the treatment, and I always suggest plenty of water afterward to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that may be released from the deep tissue during the session.

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and re-balance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles, and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and can bring relief from pain.

Full Chest and Breast Tissue Massage

30 minutes: $65
Add-on: $20

Breast and Chest Massage for men and women:  This can either be an add-on a full-body massage or offered as a standalone treatment.   The standalone treatment includes a head, shoulder, and neck massage and is about 30 minutes in length.

With the age of technology, we have all noticed our posture changing...and not for the better!  Hunched over our phones,  or at our desks, we create postural behavior that repeatedly contract the muscles in and around the ribcage, lungs, arms, and shoulders.  Chronic neck, shoulder, and upper back pain may be improved with targeted massage to this vital part of the body that is normally avoided due to the sensitive nature of the chest tissue.

Washington State law requires special training and certification to provide breast and chest tissue massage.  I am happy to have the training and certification to allow you to experience the benefits of this bodywork in a safe, responsible, respectful, and professional manner.  There is a multi-layer consent process for this work - including both written and verbal consent - which I will go over with you before each session, to ensure that you are comfortable and fully informed about the technique.  This treatment is not sexual in any way.  It is therapeutic and provides legitimate health benefits.

Breast and Chest Tissue Massage is a targeted treatment of the muscles and other soft tissues of the ribcage, chest, and breasts, intended to support healthy breathing, greater movement and range of motion, and overall wellness. This massage may benefit clients experiencing neck, chest and shoulder related pain, weakness, or injuries, and also people with non-cancerous, breast tissue-related conditions such as menstrual-related tenderness, fibrocystic breast tissue, breast augmentation, breast reduction, gender transformation mastectomy, and other non-cancerous breast conditions.

Please feel free to ask any questions about how we can integrate this bodywork into your overall treatment.

All durations are approximate and the session may last up to 5 minutes longer/shorter, depending on treatment process.

Firming and Smoothing Cupping Package -For Cellulite

30 minutes: $60

In this 30-minute session, we will use a special blend of cellulite-treating oil with silicone cups to provide dynamic cupping services to areas that could use help with firming.  When cupping is performed, the cups are applied creating a suction.  Cupping is a lifting technique and can be done both statically and dynamically(gliding). Suction is applied on the skin, the reverse pressure helps the cellulite to break up. Blood circulation is stimulated, and the fat and toxins that are released are moved to the lymph drainage network. Since cupping therapy also promotes a more efficient drainage of the lymph nodes, these toxins are quickly eliminated from the body. Cupping is also known to ease the fascia connecting the skin and muscle. In this way, fluid build-up is reduced and the skin develops a more cellulite-free healthy appearance.

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body.
